Our high precision machines driven by skilled engineers provide the required optical quality for a perfect duplication of optical pattern onto the plastic parts.
The roughness can be down to 5nm while the surface precision can reached λ/4 over a diameter of 150mm thanks to 4-axis Ultra Precision Lathe. While free-form geometric shape is required, our precise high speed milling can achieve 1µm surface precision with roughness of few tenth of nanometers.
The finishing surface roughness is achieved thanks to the golden hands of our polishers. All these capabilities and equipments combined to our know-how in tool design provide the best warranty to robust and accurate tooling
Our injection workshop is equipped with presses from 35Tons to 350Tons. Whatever the injected material and project, we provide state of the art injection capability, based on our extensive experience of transparent plastic injection.
We can adapt the level of automation depending on the project’s characteristics, price and quality requirements. As an example, an automatic robotized parts pre-boxing process is available if the parts have to be kept safe of any human touching or interaction.
Silicone material injection takes place in a dedicated workshop adapted to specific material’s constraints.
Reaching nanometers in machining requires metrology equipment to reach the same level of accuracy. This dedicated lab ensures the parts evaluation at the first stages of prototyping injection process but is also used as a quality management tool for during production batch control and possible injection drifts root cause analysis.
Using several tool from mechanical sensors to 3D camera based vision systems, the metrology lab is achieving the very complex task of high accuracy transparent parts measurement and qualification.
